PrimeCare Dental Plan has a free Language Assistance Program (LAP) for members with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and enrollees that have hearing, and speech and visual impairments. To access these oral interpretation and translation services, please call (800) 937-3400 and for the hearing impaired call 711 to access the California Relay Service to contact the Plan and a customer service representative will transfer you to the appropriate interpreting services to assist you with any issues relating to the services provided to you by PrimeCare Dental.
